Some people can't ask for help out loud. Reachable gives them a quieter way in — and connects them to real support, instantly.

The Problem

• Many refugees, trauma survivors, and vulnerable people don't reach out because a phone call is already too hard.
• Shame, fear, language barriers, and emotional shutdown create a silent wall.
• Helpline operators face overload, verbal aggression, and secondary traumatization.

What We Built

A lightweight intake + booking system that replaces calls with a structured, chat-based first step.

• Works via Telegram bot or web form.
• No login. No app. No waiting on hold.

How It Works

1. Start a chat — anonymously, from Telegram or the web
2. Select language + basic context — the system meets the client where they are
3. Answer a few non-invasive intake questions — triage: urgent vs standard
4. Instantly book a session — from available specialist time slots

Zero-Effort Reporting & Real-Time Analytics

After each session, the bot sends a quick confirmation form to the psychologist. In seconds they confirm: session happened / duration / type of session / optional notes.

This unlocks:

1. Audit-ready statistics for donors and regulators
2. Operational control over hours worked (payroll / resource planning)
3. Real-time monitoring of demand spikes and drops (1-day granularity)
4. Category insights (teenagers, crisis, etc.) for any period

Privacy by Design (GDPR)

• Encrypted storage in the database.
• For reporting exports, no client names or aliases — unique hashes only.
• Google Sheets view is anonymized but operationally useful.

Current Status

Closed alpha testing with an EU-based non-profit organization supporting refugees, PTSD survivors, and victims of domestic violence.

Accepting 2–3 NGO partners for the next cohort.
